Do chakra meditations also heighten physical senses?

I'm wondering this since I have been noticing an increase in my ability to hear and perceive, often times. Recently I had listened to songs that I always used to play at a certain volume level, and nowadays it just seems to sound quite a bit louder than they used to have, even if I have never changed the volume. And, about perceiving, I realized that I am starting to hear others' words in my head at the same moments (or even a tiny bit before) they talk. I've been doing meditations on the clairvoyance and clairaudience points lately, and I'm wondering if these experiences must have resulted from the meditations.

Yes. As you increase and empower chakras around the body, the body's senses become stronger, as well as perception (the concept) as a whole. Also, void meditation can make it easier to tune in solely to the music, letting it sound a bit louder.
