I completely cut off three close blood relatives. One (possibly two, but one for sure) is actually psychopathic and that person and another are extremely dangerous people. All three are totally w/o conscience or a sense of decency. It's well over 5 years since I've had any contact; I don't even know for sure where 2 of them are but they are out of my circle and that's what counts.
Anyway, enough background ... What I do is very simple and I got it from the JoS site or one of Maxine's sermons and here it is more or less verbatim:
Breathing in the white light of the Sun. affirm, "my aura repels and inspires fear and dread in (name) and keeps (repeat name) far away from me at all times." This needs to be done at least daily for a while.
I have programmed my aura and continue to reinforce that programming in my daily protection exercises as well where "I am protected from all intentional harm and evil from every source" and that "harm and evil directed to me returns at lightning speed to the sender."
You get the idea ... make your own affirmations that work for your situation and that you feel comfortable with. This is simple and quick & since it has to be repeated often simple & quick is a definite bonus.
Another thing you can do is to place a sick, grey aura around the offender, again renewing it daily and accompanying it with an affirmation if you wish.
Be sure when you are finished to cleanse your chakras and aura and renew your protection. You don't want to trap anything that should be directed at the offender.
What you have been doing so far seems to work, so keep on doing it as well. Remember it may take some time.

Have any of you done a destruction ritual that worked? I've never done one and I looked at the JOS article but I really want this to work. It's against my sister, the biggest Catholic hypocrite imaginable, she has done me dirt for so long and I want to get her back. So I'm just doing it after my regular meditations--I am sending her pure hatred, she deserves it. I've done it two nights in a row but I wonder if I should just keep doing it. I am also throwing a mudball into her third eye, I've had success with that before. Any general advice, anyone?
