I drank coke and did drugs for several years and rarely brushed my teeth. Overall I have recovered but my teeth suffered the most. It hurts to drink hot/cold despite the fact that I have had all the fillings etc. I was also prescribed toothpaste with a high sodium flouride content but it did not help. There is another mystery the filling on my front tooth always turns black over time despite the fact that several different doctors have put it in. Does anyone know what can help me? Any magical works for teeth or advice?

What is your intake of vit K + calcium like? Is your thyroid strong? I think fluoride actually worsens things down the line, but this is why better to rinse with baking soda or similar after anything acidic.
