Defense against psychics: astral sight

How one defend his thoughts, intentions, will and past against a psychic who have well developed astral sight?
I know that Void Meditation can help getting control over your thoughts, but there are some people that can see even if the guy had a lot of girls in his life, or if someone used drugs for example, besides only thoughts and moods.
Is there any trick to not let a good psychic look throught me and see exactly what he wants? It may sound dumb, but maybe projecting black energy like a shield when in contact with them, since it absorb, creates confusion and can be used for protection?
I know some people like this and I have been analysed by them before without my concern, which is very offensive.
