So I was breathing and kept chucking myself off the ladders just thinking this wasn't working, then all of a sudden I felt dizzy and sick, I didn't want to concentrate on the front of my body as I just want to keep falling. I remember hearing a mans voice, and seeing flashing lights but can't remember what was said or what I was doing. I concentrated on moving my toes and fingers and came back up half an hour had passed. Muscles are a bit sore too. Does this sound like I successfully put myself in a trance? HAIL SATAN
