Deep Trance Help

Alright, so I wanted to know if there was anyone here who was experienced when it comes to deep trances. I've had a strange experience, and wanted to know more about it. I've read about it on the site, so is there anyone with a lot of real life experience whom is willing to help out?

what i know for now as an experience and not stuff that are written on the sites and groups are that it feels like im falling or swinging but when i open my eyes im completely still and there are no traces of my body moving like that. and from this i suspect that it was my soul losening and moving.

and my advice is that concentrate on a single thing , use the rune Isa to help you with calming and concentrating, then try doing it after waking up, dont do it at night while lying on your bed it always causes you to fall asleep, i think vibrations or chants may help as ive experienced trance like states without my will during long chants ( like 50-60 ), and practice makes it perfect. good luck
