Do I have to finish the dedication ritual with a big"HAIL SATYA".Or can I just say it with a calm and normal tone.
I mean is it necessary to say it loudly

If you are afraid someone will hear you, you don't have to yell it out. Simply say it in a low voice or in a normal tone
