Dedication Help!!!

I am 15 and I am the son of mormons. They aren't extremely hardcore Mormons but they don't let me explore other religions or anything like that. I have read everything and am very serious about becoming a satanist. But the dedication is very hard. I can't do the physical dedication because my parents would flip out if the caght me doing it so I have decided to do that when I am Older and perform the astral dedication. My only problem is I don't exactly know how to setup an astral temple or properly medtate. Can anyone help me understand how to do this?

Ps. I know this is a stupid question but I honestly don't fully understand proper medtation
