I am new to this, but I am wanting to dedicate my soul to Satan.
I have a few questions first.
1) While we are dedicating our souls, it says we are to use a either blue, red, or black candle. As long as we have one of those colors, can we have other colors too? If we don't have candles in those colors, can we use inscents instead?
2) We are also supposed to sign our name in blood. When we prick our finger, what if not enough blood comes out? Does our whole name have to be signed in it? If so, do we just keep pricking til we have enough to spell out your whole name? If not, what do we do?
3) This was never clear to me. I've been told many things. Who created us? "God" or our Father Satan?

1) Yes, use other colors. And no if you don't have other candles you should use something else of the Fire element to burn your paper. Incense is of the Air element.

Also after this I would like to get in touch with my demon guide using a ouija board (that I have written out onto paper), would lack of incense and white candles affect this also?

Both are ok. It's not advised to try to find your GD immediately though, because you'll probably get disappointed if you're not astrally open. It's sometime which can take years, as it says in the JoS site, and your GD will only contact you if you are ready. What you should do is daily power meditations, and rituals in a weekly basis after dedicating and never ignore or miss them, especially power meditations. That's what the JoS site recommends to do in the newbies section, and it's common for people to take the wrong approach like you.

Some drug stores like walgreens sometimes have incense and some candles (no black though)
If you have an arts and crafts store like Ben Franklin near you then you can try to search for black candles there if you want as place like that I got mine for my dedication I did late last year. Keep in mind though the black ones I bought where not cheap though.
99 cent plus stores and dollar stores may have some incense and some candle options
I found tall red candles in a grocery store one time also
To wrap it up I will say that these kinds of shopping locations worked for me so in closing I will say:

I just used a small blue votive candle for my dedication. But I've since gotten my order from somaluna.com.... They have a whole bunch of colors and candle shapes and sizes including black.... They're pretty cheap too... I was surprised by they're quality also... If you have a credit/debit card and internet access you may want to check it out. Not trying to sound like an advertisement but I know how hard it is to find black candles and I was impressed with what I found there. Hope it helps a little.

I was able to find all the 3 colors for mine and lack for me by the way is most expensive.
But then online sources may have em cheaper if you really want black ones.
Also if for whatever reason you can only get red or blue then that is fine also.
Remember if you are doing what's in your heart then that's what matters most here
