Dedecation Candle(please answer ASAP)

Hey,

I have gathered all the supplies for the dedecation ritual, however i
the only black candle in the store turned out to be jasmin scented.
I noticed this after i purchased it.
Is this bad or can it be used for dedecation?
Please answer ASAP, then i can do it tonight january 21.
