I was origionally just going to do this in the teens group. I decided to launch the beginners program here as well.

Just keep doing trances everyday. If it takes a month to do this one week all the better. I know it seems repetitive. Keep yourself interested. This is fun. Dont worry it will pick up. in six months from now of following this meditation program you will be at a competent level of power. From there I will launch a intermediate meditation program. To get better we dont do it once. Then say ho ho ha. I am really good at it now. I can do it. I am so amazing. We do it over and over and over and over again. Like anything else PRACTICE makes perfect. Not a big head. Have fun. :)
