Darkened aura, issue vibrating Rs, and random lights/sounds

Firstly, I have not been sleeping well, so this topic may not be as coherent as I desire. Also, I seem to be fighting a strange, random illness with no symptoms. That makes sense. My aura, when trying to visualize it (which I have improved on GREATLY in the last few days, seeing what is ACTUALLY there and not imagining it), is a shade of dark. I cannot call it black, but it is certainly not grey, however there is no change when trying to clean it with bright white. I'm feeling better than this morning (written Thursday night), but might still be fighting some illness. Its a logical explanation, right? I feel fine, just tired. Added: cleaning with bright white makes it white, but it fades back after I stop focusing. I feel fine though I tried vibrating some runes as well. Fehu, Uruz, and Thurisaz to break down barriers. I THOUGHT they all stacked, but now I am not so sure. I made the energy "be breaking down all barriers between me and becoming a powerful Spiritual Satanist". But, the main issue, vibrating the Rs in Uruz and even worse, Thurisaz, break trance. I simply cannot vibrate or roll my tongue without regaining full awareness of my head, then my body. Anything I can do about this? I felt the runes power, even with imperfect rolling, and lightened (none whatsoever) trance. Lastly, I have seen lights dance around my room tonight. Small white lights come and go. I do nothing about them, except put up a white defensive aura. They neither bother nor scare me, like the red "dots" have. Not seen those in days.. Also I hear random things that aren't there, or are impossible. Like noises in walls. Least, I am made aware of these noises. My ears dont hear them.. Are these both signs that my astral senses are opened and empowered? I hope this message gets through timely. I don't think all mine are being approved, as insane as some are. With good reason, I suppose.

Alright, that puts my mind at ease; I STILL SEE THINGS MOVING THAT ARENT ACTUALLY MOVING. I blame nothing, though. Another runic question..are we allowed to vibrate any name of the runes, or only the large fonted one? I can vibrate "Vend" easier than Wunjo itself. Time to use Wunjo; enemy is attacking. Hallicinating scary images again. I need to stop watching horro game videos in youtube, but gosh darn it, they're so good! They affect me so negatively..gotta patch that hole. Or holes..would aura empowering work?

Yes, each of the names on the list of Wunjo has the exact same meaning or the other runes for that matter, just another word, like a different language, as I use the norwegian ones, since I am norwegian.
