hm I don't see many ss do the poppit curse
if you are familiar with evocation and directing energy, you can evoke
and direct energies from the stars(can be dangerous).
honestly I don't understand how we can help you elevate your powers
back, other than stating the obvious : meditate and be consistent and
keep your energies high.

worked. The target contracted sometjing called bells palsy tge next day
which is a "temporary" paralisys of half of tge face. This happened abou 5
or 6 months ago. He still has it. It was supposed to go away after 3 weeks.
I want to curse this same person again also usinf a poppit, but i have not
kept up with my witchcraft. Other than doing power meditations, is there
anything i can do to elevate my powers back to what they were the first time
