Cursing your enemies

So ive done it before using a poppit that i nailed to a tree. The curse worked. The target contracted sometjing called bells palsy tge next day which is a "temporary" paralisys of half of tge face. This happened abou 5 or 6 months ago. He still has it. It was supposed to go away after 3 weeks. I want to curse this same person again also usinf a poppit, but i have not kept up with my witchcraft. Other than doing power meditations, is there anything i can do to elevate my powers back to what they were the first time i cursed said person? Or better yet can any of you help me surpass that level of power so that i may inflict more harm and damage unto this victim? Any ideas about what kind of curse to use are welcome!

The strength of your soul is what gives your witchcraft power. If you consistently meditated and worked on empowering your soul, you should be more powerful than you were in the past. For extra power during a ritual, you can do yoga or the RAUM meditation prior to performing the ritual.

hm I don't see many ss do the poppit curse
if you are familiar with evocation and directing energy, you can evoke
and direct energies from the stars(can be dangerous).
honestly I don't understand how we can help you elevate your powers
back, other than stating the obvious : meditate and be consistent and
keep your energies high.
