Crying while doing AoP

Hi brothers and sisters, there is something I want to ask you. Do you cry for about 1 hour during and after Aop? (Once I start, I can't stop crying, as if something forces me to do so) After crying, there is a serious relief in front of my head. It's as if I face all my problems at that moment and cry them out. But I don't do it consciously, the AoP makes it happen spontaneously.

I was wondering if you guys have the same thing. And why?

Standard AOP isn’t just putting up armor you’re rebuilding the outer layer of your aura for someone with a shattered aura the proses can be vary cathartic.

My eyes leak sometimes when I start doing Yoga or meditating with the Gods but I don’t feel any overwhelming emotions more like a deeper part of me I don’t have access to is experiencing something. I never actually cried before becoming a Satanist.

I've cried too. Not during 1 hour, but to feel so upset that tears came.

This is a normal process of spiritual advancement , congrats, you've done it right, keep doing ,keep meditating.

Remember, while meditating things like this will happen. With the cleaning and empowering of the soul everything that's deep inside will start to freely flow out of you, this could be anger, sadness etc. Once the bad things have been eliminated and clear you will start to feel more ease and at peace with yourself. You will see that once you gain more power and change and transformation occurs , you will gain a different perspective on all things, and some information will make more sense, you will start looking at yourself in the past and say " I can't believe that was actually me" , as in a Good thing, because you will become more conscious ,aware, stronger and better.

This is why the void meditation is a crucial importance ,especially once you gain more power, control over one thoughts are ESSENTIAL as thought will become even more stronger , louder ,vivid and clearer.

I am really happy that I did it spontaneously without knowing it.
I hope it will continue like this and at least I can comfort myself in this way.
