Creating subliminals? Dangerous/Pointless?

Hey guys, i can create subliminal audio for myself with certain affirmations like ''whatever' 'and then play them while i am driving in the bus for example
This should actually in theory change my subconscious patterns just like trance hypnosis.
Now i do that deeper the brainwawe the better programming but i am interested in what you think guys
