I had a random craving for coffee a few minutes ago, despite it being nearly 2am (and I don’t usually drink coffee).
And so I decided to search the nutrition of coffee. It was highest in Vitamin B2, so I looked up the symptoms of its deficit... they matched a lot of the symptoms I’ve been having lately (skin irritation, throat soreness, chapped lips, sensitivity to light).
I then looked up what foods are high in it; lo and behold yogurt, almonds, mushrooms and spinach being in the top 10. That and, somebody mentioned almond flour and probiotics (yogurt) to me literally hours ago.
I’ve had cravings for all 4 in the past few days, and I ignored them. No wonder my health was getting worse. I’m sure this isn’t the miracle cure for all my ailments, but I do hope it helps.
Thank Satan for the internet (he may have subtly led me to discovering it as well, so yay! I feel a bit better.)
