Coven Security

Has anyone given much thought into a well prepared coven security plan covering location, logistic,and of course security. Please do not post any past or future plans used as I will not use them anyway, especially when posted here so openly. Trust is good, control is better.
This is the one question I cant answer myself and enlist the help of adepts and clergy to simply answer with a yes or no at minimum. I know you are busy and I need nothing more to solve this piece of my puzzle as a yes or a no.
1. Is it a benefit to the entire coven security plan for the (1) person who plans location logistic and security to NOT be open to the astral for reasons of disclosing said planning to the enemy unaware?
Thank you for your time, I know partially already how valuable it is.

Setting up a Coven whilst NOT being astrally open will be quite difficult. That is a slight requirement with the blessing of the HP's Guardian; "Every coven must have a Patron Demon/ess. This is nearly always the High Priest/ess' Guardian Demon/ess. This Demon/ess should be asked if he/she agrees to be the Patron."
Also, the leader or HP of a Coven should be somewhat advanced (this includes being astrally open) in my eyes. To receive information and directions from the Gods, as well as knowing what exactly to do in rituals/workings and help guide fellow members through these.

I'm not sure what kind of security you're talking about. If it is protection of physical location and member identities. Or if you mean protection on a spiritual sence (from enemy attacks ect). But both are important and should be looked into. I can give further advice on these if you wish to email me about it further.
