Converting energies...

Is there some way to convert energies into different kinds? Like absorbing energy into your aura and change it into something that can be used by your muscles?

(My answer will be really simplistic, because I haven't tried it, and it's based on my assumption)You can do that by affirmations.Well, you breathe in energy (you can check the link with the colors on JoyofSatan, for specific purposes) and then you program it by saying an affirmation in your mind... But maybe it'd need many affirmations (repetitions) to be successful. Once more, this is just my assumption, I haven't had any experience with this.

It's easier and more practical to use the energies that are specifically meant to be used for whatever specific task you want it to do This page makes it clear: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Color.html

If you want to increase your muscle work, use red energy since it rules strength. Try breathing in red energy into your aura and use affirmations.

Also runes will help, runes that increase physical strength.





But if you're asking purely conversion of energies:
I don't really know how to convert, say, sun energy to moon energy. If I'd have to make an educated guess: You'd have to have knowledge of both energies and how they feel and try to change one to another, I dunno. Never really read into much of this type of things, all I read was its easier and more practical to get energies straight from the source because energy can be lost during the conversion process...or something.
Don't quote me on this though!
