HI, I've been searching for a long time now for a REAL High priest of satan to help me with my pact. I know how to make the pact and sign it with blood. But I do not want to be the one who does the ritual for the validating of the pact because that is not my expertise. Everyone has their expertise and that area is just not mine. I do not take pact making as a joke and don't want to do my first ritual on something so serious. I need a high priest because those are the only ones allowed to do the ritualon behalf of another person.

No. its is for you to do. No one can do it on your behalf whether its consented or otherwise. You don't need to be an expert for this, you only need, pen paper, something to prick your finger with and a candle.
