I wanted to do a past life regression meditation, but I'm not able to do those very well by myself, so I asked a friend of mine if they would be willing to help. She got me into a deep trance and when she started talking about going through the doors and when I went through one. Then she started asking questions. This is basically how the session went.
Her: What time period is it? What is the year?
Me: Before time.
Her: Look down. What are you wearing?
Me: I have no shoes. I'm wearing an orange dress. There's something on my back. Can't tell what it is. Heavy.
Her: Look at your hands. What's the skin color?
Me: I can't tell.
Her: Look around you. Where are you?
Me: It's dark. The ground is dark. I can't see much. Foggy.
Her: Who are you?
Me: I'm a Demon.
And before she could ask anymore questions, my head began to hurt really bad and I kept saying I wanted to go back so she brought me out of it. I don't remember much of it. This is what she told me.
I'm confused. How could that be possible?
Any opinions? This is the first time I ever did something like this and it was kind of "Eh" with the results.
