confused about a possible attack

I recently posted about an elemental trapped in my house and that it couldnt leave due to over protection keeping it in, so I did ask father about what to do and followed his advice, and the shaman who was helping came unlocked the house and banished it. It was a jack rabbit sent to piss me off, it never went into the kids rooms and it followed me around moving things making noises and pushing me, but since I was sent my dog it could not get close to me so it started disrupting the house, my house is different now so thank you for the advice I recieved. However a confusing problem has now started. Well my husband does. On monday he went to work (his office is in an old house owned by the parks department so its a shared building)he walked in to find someone had placed crystals above the doors and outside the building facing up and because they were not cleaned, consecrated and blessed they were very negative so he took them down brought them home an I sorted them out, when he went back someone had placed a Tetragrammaton over the door I didnt know what it was till I researched it he took it down and put the crystals back up and today they have been moved, thing is no one is owning up and he cant find out who is targeting him, why or what the crystals and Tetragrammaton mean, the other thing is he has a staff of four who have been the best of friends each knows all their secrets and its never been a problem, in the past week they have argued and fought and now the friendship has gone with threats of violence errupting, I think maybe the person is going after my husband now as they cant get to me and hes not as advanced as me so damage is being caused.
Can someone shed light onto why they are doing this and what does the Tetragrammaton on the door mean and what can be done on a public building to stop the attacks.

Tetragrammaton or how ever you spell it. Is the kike name or supposed real name of jewhova. The xians and kike believe it to be the name of power. It has been said that solemon was given a ring from an angel with the real name of god inscribed on it. It was suppose to give him power. The name is commonly used in blasphemous grimoires where they would try to call upon the names of our Goetic Gods and abuse them and try to enslave them with the name of jewhova written all over this nine foot circle. They claim to have did it for protection. Protection from what? The real Gods as we know them, they are not evil.
You will commonly find this bullshit written in books by alister crowley and maybe even some wiccan shit. I dont know as I have never even read any working or any other bullshit written by wiccans. they are just as fucking diluted as the xians. In fact they are noting more than just reverse xians if you ask me.
