not putting anybody down here,but common sense,u have to cover the basic visualisation skills like able o hold static imagines before using more advanced form of visualasation.
children uses their imagination,a lot,n we know children always depicted,in everywhere,as being psychic,divine,close to god,children are still developing n their right sight of their brain/mind is more active,than older people,we actually have more time to practice,but we didnt realise this,there a things in life that is just unnecessary,but we still stuck to them,tv,video games,talking for hours in the phone or IT,this is junk of our life?in the end u waste one times,i wont go more on this,but keep in mind,u achieved little or non because u let this in the way of ur meditation,addiction can be overcomed by hypnosis,which the how to already outlined in the jos,i already told yellow energy help in detachment,use this,there time,like while waiting for the bus,in the car going to school etc,where we have some time,just pretend u r sleeping n the like,or do the meditation with ones eyes opened,i perform the energy meditation with my eyes opened,all i need to
do is focus on the feel of my own energy,or a chakra.
discipline is just as important as meditation,if u didnt do it on regular basis,daily,u wont get very far in power meditation,start with a very BASIC,like just a breathing exercises n aura cleaning,n continoue adding up as u go n changing when u seem to go nowhere,or instinctly feel the need to move on.in power meditation,let ur insticnts guide u
u can sit down n focus,try creating a simple scenario,like a cat keep licking it paw,any visualisation u desire,this can be done while having little moments of peace,like in the bus or waiting for a fren,just use n practice ur imagination,n it will open the way for building a more realistic n stable temple,imagination is used in many works of meditation n act of spells.
to be able to create a astral temple,u must know how to visualise,when visualising we arent thinking with voices,but senses,sight,smell,taste,touch,sound,start with one sense the add more as u progress,till u are ok with visualising a specific scenario,image etc.
visualisation exercises are very important n basis for more advanced works.

That a great post and I do thank you to have posted it.Yes, you are right, the more you fight, the more you become powerful.But a lot of people  saying "I am satanist" are nothing at all in fact, because they don't fight and will never do it. Too lazy, too coward, too much vanity.Everything is a good alibi to do nothing : children, family, no candles, everything.Then, it is fine and great to read you. Greetings Brothers and Sisters of Satan, first off im going to say i am not as advanced as alot of Satanists Spiritually (although i feel immensly more evolved then i was 6 mths ago when i first dedicated, i was confused depressed ect) im up to the point of where i can clearly feel my chakras spinning and the pushing/pulling of energy when im in trance so im still beginner really.
I have recieved immense drive and purpose through recent participation in spreading anti-christian tracts and information how the bible is bullshit and kike lies(more of which im discovering everyday!) Anyway my point is that spiritual warfare has really helped me is such a short space of time ,with meditating, zeal for life, and expecially FREETHOUGHT!! You start becoming aware of all the controlling bullshit around you in society.
Im am very honoured and proud to be a part of this, as we work together to expose the lies and Destroy Satans Enemies!!!
