CIRCUIT

Greetings
  Did something (today was the 2nd day )felt great don't know if what i am doing is right please advice.
          Was on my terrace went on to the grass asked mother earth if i can draw energy from her visualized a tube connecting the earth to the soles of my feet. Then i dont know what struck me i drew up energy from the base of my spine to my crown chakra then directed all the energy to exit from the sole of my left feet.Sent the energy as far down as possible( to the core of the earth).Made it do a u turn then made the energy enter my body through the right sole of my feet , exiting from my right shoulder(the energy)sent it to the further-est part of space ,made it do a u turn and made the energy enter my body from my left shoulder hence completing the circuit.

ENERGY FROM EARTH ENTERS RIGHT SOLE FROM EARTH
ENERGY EXITS FROM RIGHT SHOULDER INTO SPACE
ENERGY FROM SPACE ENTERS FROM RIGHT SHOULDER
   I COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT
I felt a blast of energy only did it for about 3 minutes felt really great. Thought I'd share it with you'll any suggestions on how to improve it or if what i am doing may actually harm me.Thanks
