chronic neck pain help :\ is the serpent trying to rise?

 ok so i have this really bad neck pain and in my upper back. i feel like its dislocated or sum i realy feel like killing nd hangin myself lol i also feel like my n3eck is crooket always to my right side. ive only aligned my chakras but not open them. i  ve been medtatng nd i actually feel better whenever i do, i think probbbly the serpent is trying to rise nd it gets stuck in n my neck sumthng tells me this is the prblm but idk, pls help if som1 has experncd this nd what should i do. 666.
