Chinese eye massage

This is the targeted message.

I haven't seen a thread here about Chinese eye massage, even in the threads about acupressure so I'll write about it. I have a book on acupressure and it says how to do such a massage, after such a massage colors can be seen more clearly and are more vivid, it is also recommended for people who spend a lot of time in front of the computer.
Each point should be pressed four times moderately hard, the BL 10 point should be pressed a little harder

Start the massage from the eyebrows, point B 2, the point on the eyebrows, feel the hollow there,

The next point is "Taiyang", I have also seen it on the Internet as G 1, it is located at the intersection of the eyebrow extension with the line drawn from the outer angle of the eye.

The next point is M 2, it is located in the hollow lying below the center of the eye socket

The point BL 10 is located in the hollow on the lower edge of the occipital bone at the point of attachment of two muscles.

Finally, make four circular movements around the eyes.

Write what you think about this massage and what impressions and feelings you have after it. I hope you enjoy it!!! 🐍

I just tried it and feel like my eyes have a bit less tension. They usually feel dry at night but now it feels better

Maybe it's a placebo effect, because I know what this massage should cause, but in my case everything works as I described above.

Interesting, I will have to try it out as I tend to have problems with eyes and spend quite a bit of time daily in front of screens.
May I ask which book on acupressure do you have?
Was thinking on getting one myself in near future. 🙂

About your eyes - as first (probably you hear this everyday) reduce your screen time. Great method i know for taking care - look at green plants, trees, also its good to look into the distance, you can merge it, its good to look from your window at green trees, just make some breaks to look at green trees. I have book named "Soforthilfe mit akupressur", i didn't saw this book in English but you can try.

I have quite dry eyes and have constant problems with eye mites or at least I think that's what they are called.
In general, my eyes are very sensitive so any tips or practices are worth checking out for me.

Thanks for sharing, acupressure helps to protect eyesight, and among Chinese primary and secondary school students, they have to do an "eye exercise" every day. This massage can relieve eye fatigue, hope you can enjoy the knowledge of Chinese medicine.

I already knew this and it worked every time I did it. It's relaxing and refreshing.
