¿How do I meditate on the sixth chakra and the crown chakra? You see, all I do is imagine it and breathe with "The breath: the basis of magic, manipulation of energy and mental power ”, I don't know its name, but that's the title. ¿I'm doing it wrong?

When you imagine it...try to feel it too. Use a mantra. I use Raum to clean them. Imagine them getting bright in their color.
Then I use , Yaum for 6th, Maum-for crown. Usually 9x,18x, or27x. (Multiples of 9)
Did you do opening meditations already?
