chakras?

Greetings Brethren and sisters
High priestess and High Priest.
I was curious about the chakras, I was doing the opening of the soul meditations..and I got through the third eye and crown?
I stopped on the second day/night of doing the throat opening and havent continued since..
Should I start for the third eye again or just proceed?

0how long has it been since you stopped doing the chakra meditations? You can move on to the heart chakra but if it makes you feel better you can redo them. It can't hurt. You would just be empowering your chakras more.

I always do this I usually just start again in fact I've done the third eye meditations so many times now as soon as I relax into a small trance I can feel it like a limb and when I go to sleep I used to have really bad insomnia now as soon as I close my eyes and breathe slowly I just get completely lost and fall asleep almost instantly no harm done I would do it again just to be safe

If you can still feel your third eye . crown. and throat then move on but if you cant feel your crown or third eye anymore then redo it. Your supposed to take care of your chakras once you open themm align them clean them spin them.
