Chakras switching

I've seen people write about things like this before, so hopefully someone can give me some more information on it.
Been working on activating my pineal gland more, and both today and a few days ago (that was the first time this happened) I was working on my sacral chakra, and all of a sudden my pineal gland activated like crazy. It happened again today while working on my sacral (side note, I've been working on all the chakras, this is just the only one it's happened with), except this time it was like the energies switched. My sacral got really hot, my pineal activated along with my 6th chakra, and then the energies switched. I don't really know how to explain it better than that.
But does anyone have any information on it? Either thoughts, or links for me to read?

There are connections between chakra pairs. The 6th and solar chakras are connected, throat and sacral chakras are connected, crown and base chakras are connected, and the heart is neuter. The King and Queen meditation strengthens the connection between the solar and 6th chakras.
