Chakra spinning

You should spin the Chakra counter clockwise wich is more towards the right shoulder their is two counter clockwise it just depends if your looking through the minds eye or the front of the body you. Every once in a while spin them clockwise I know this isn't a Chakra but if have liquid with powder in the cup the vortex spins better counter-clockwise if you wait till it nearly stops spin it clockwise and it will make a very deep vortex for a few seconds but with Chakra its best to mainly spin them counterclockwise
