Greeting! Its been some time since I've posted on one of these groups, so let me begin by quickly saying that's things have most definately been getting better! I've been really stepping up on my meditations, vibrating runes and mantras. The results have been a much more positive attitude, and for some time I've been up and with the help of a walker, been walking up and down the halls of a nursinghome I am temperarilly staying at until I get my own apartment.
Now my 1st question is pertaining to the mantra on "Words of Power" which both spins the chakras and praises our Father as our creator. Will using this mantra replace the "Ez chakra spin" meditation, or should each chakra be focused on and spun indevidually? My last question has to do with making your own sigil as shown in the book "Ordo Umbra" by Lucious DragonWolf. Once the phrase has all repeating letters removed and the sigil is aranged, there are no further instructions on what to do with. It. If someone could give me the rest of the instrucions, (oh BTW, the sentance has to do with healing, not destruction) it would help me greatly. Thank you and
