chakra spin

oh yea i forgot to ask when spinning the chakras are the facing outward or are they aligned? its hard to explain, it said like a tornadoe but tornadoes are facing upward.

<td val[/IMG]Shannon I visualize the first second and third facing up.The bottom of the heart facing down,and the top facing up.Then the fifth sixth and seventh facing down.Remember when doing the energy thing,with your hands facing one another,you visualize the energy coming together like the equal armed cross.You draw energy from the foot chakras,and the base up.Then the crown down,to meet in the middle at the heart.Then the energy from the heart outward to your hands.At least that's my understanding.Hope it helps!

Everything that Brian has said i agree with and do the same. I just want to add do not be confused by the tornado part it simply means a vortex. For the bottom three chakras just imagine an upside down vortex where the tail is pointed upward. Hope this helps, if not let me know and i will try to explain it better.

Yes, they do stay aligned. Last month someone had posted a pic they made, and it showed the chakras all spinning kinda crazy, like pin-wheels, or windmills, flinging the energy all over the place. I commented trying to explain how they should be, and basically had like 5 people telling me I was wrong. You want your energy to be directed towards your heart chakra, and it takes care of itself from there, circulating itself through your body.
