oh yea i forgot to ask when spinning the chakras are the facing outward or are they aligned? its hard to explain, it said like a tornadoe but tornadoes are facing upward.

Everything that Brian has said i agree with and do the same. I just want to add do not be confused by the tornado part it simply means a vortex. For the bottom three chakras just imagine an upside down vortex where the tail is pointed upward. Hope this helps, if not let me know and i will try to explain it better.

Everything that Brian has said i agree with and do the same. I just want to add do not be confused by the tornado part it simply means a vortex. Yes, they do stay aligned. Last month someone had posted a pic they made, and it showed the chakras all spinning kinda crazy, like pin-wheels, or windmills, flinging the energy all over the place. I commented trying to explain how they should be, and basically had like 5 people telling me I was wrong. You want your energy to be directed towards your heart chakra, and it takes care of itself from there, circulating itself through your body.
