Are you doing the final rtr. Do it a bunch of times then visualize light coming down through you removing that energy then send it back at the enemy or a target you want to.

Next up you can use Munka or ansuz as well as doing this along with cleansing the chakra with Visuddhi and affirm an affirmation that the binding and chains are removed.

If you do all this you will be free but it make take several days.

Don't give up.
