I might have occasion soon where it is necessary to enter a catholic
church. I may even have to enter a confessional to keep up
appearances. My question is, would the priests be able to detect my
aura/spiritual alliance with Satan? We know those priests practice
black magic, so I want to be careful. Also, how would I insulate
myself from the inevitable spiritual attack? Ive encountered these
before in protestant churches and I know a catholic attack would be worse.
Any advice at all, insights, etc. will be greatly appreciated.

Who are you trying to appease?
Why not just state you have been to confession already and appease the family member that is pushing (subconsciously).

I doubt it. Your average preist isn't involved in the occult, only
the select few elite. Even if they were, you should be able to go
undetected. Try closing your chakras if you're particularly worried
