I could fly. I could hear and see into that dimension like it was as real as this world.

I even believe it could be dangerous.

The things i saw were transparent mashines made of light. Very intense colours. Very real and very powerful energy.Im not sure if it was astral projection or remote viewing but words cannot describe it accurately. Its a real world asin really real. Just on another plane.

My aura ,mostly my etheric body charged up with energy. I could discharge serious amounts of static electricity from my hands when touching something. I recently learnt the etheric body is the layer of the aura closest to the body. Can someone maybe confirm this?

I don't know why i saw machines but the energy in that realm is made up of living light of a sort i think and can take any form.

For example when i came into a physical fight a sudden flash of lightning happened inside my pineal gland when i punched the guy and it left a imprint in my eyes like with what we see in flame meditation and it blinded me for a few seconds.

The energy was of the exact same nature. I know this because i know how it feels in the soul its much different than any form of energy i have ever felt. To me my mind cannot comprehend anything that could possibly be more powerful than this energy.

Other type of Astral projection i did is a more relaxed almost like being in a dream state but its not a dream its a bit more than that.I usually forget them and they happen randomly.
