Can I have multiple pendulums, Tarot decks?

Let's say the main one is for myself to watch, and the additional ones are for others to watch, or is this not recommended?

Nothing wrong with having multiple decks or pendulums this is fine

It's fine. You can also have a particular type of "relationship" to a specific deck etc.
