Can high ranking demons be guardians/helpers to humans?

Every time I try to find out who my guardian demon is I get a reply later from a high ranking demon and I've read that only low ranking ones can be guardians so is that true? And why am I unable to find who it is?

It doesn't have to be the 72 Goetia they can also be high ranking or even ones not mentioned on the website

I have Demon guardian from high ranking list, he is not from top 4 Demons but is in that list. Satan protect all us, but even in top 4 Azezel, Enlil and Astaroth can be guardians.

Thank you for your replies, does anyone know where I can get an accurate list of all the demons even low ranking ones?
