burning prayer

How do I do one? Do I just write what I really need asking father and then just burn it? I would help myslf like a big kid but I'm still working on myself.

Write on any clean paper, then burn it with a candle. Doesn't mater which color candle (although, color enhances but if you can't get the colors needed, then use any).
