Not sure how to describe this other than a type of brainfog. When I do vibrations/visualisation of any kind really, after I finish, my brain feels this horrible fog. I have to "force" my brain back into a thinking state and out of this brainfog. It's a bit hard to describe but I'm not sure why it happens. Is there a way to stop it?

Also, try to pay attention to how you breathe: observe your breath for a while without forcing it, and then do the same with the subtle body—observe it without imposing a predetermined form upon it. Do not rush your meditation.

Are you not overdoing it? What number of reps are you doing? Mind gets lazy and bored, sleepy, exhausted when we do too big amounts of reps.
