Did you write that? I only took a sneak peak to chapter 7 because diet stuff is whats wrong most of the time. I would like to see evidence that the kundalini awakening causes depression and weakens the digestive system. The only thing I know of is that the rise of the kundalini brings out inner problems so that you can deal with them. So if you have written it, can you show me the source of your chapter 7?And if you have not written it, then I would be careful about the diet section (and likely the other stuff aswell, but I can't say for sure since I don't have the time to read it all.
