Blockage (sael?) on the forehead

I´ve have this 3rd eye blockage for as long I can remember, is not like a pool with stagnant energy unable to flow, is more like its sealed with an strange metal nothing comes in or out, literally. Only on dreams I can see it stuck in my forehead, is a masked crown with three spikes on top emulating the skull and the eye sockets. The first time I dream with it I was 7 years old, since then searching I found nothing like it or what is it or its nature, even if some with astral vision could saw it.
Its hard to vizualice a thing, and when I can is like digging a pitch black solid mass to finaly see an eye staring back to me, is not always the same eye.
¿What is this thing? Did I placed it before my lifetime or someone else did, why? it must have a purpose and as any lock there must be a key, but the answers eludes me. For the matter I know this for sure, I died hang up on my past life.
