As i said in an article, following taoist tradition it is a day reserved to meditation .
2 options
- uses western calendar
- uses 10 000 lunar solar calendar
Man ling yik (by memory). Which changes the training day. You search in your chinese birthday month the closest possible to your day pillar of 8 character system.
You may see it as a new cycle like winter solstice so you practice the training of your choice apart meditation named as Jing jor particulary at rat hour
