Best Color for Relaxing the muscles?

Hi all I looked on the JoS website and could not pinpoint the best color for relaxing your muscles...maybe one of the healing ones? or white?

need to relax muscles so i can improve breathing during yoga/meditations

All cool colors (blue, green e.t.c.) are relaxing.
