Ok so I wanted to write this real fast to give people some vaulable pep talk. To make sure are people are being proud, and showing it.
HEAD: Walk with your head up high.Dont stick your nose in the air. Just have it level and look straight ahead.
KNEES: Do not lock your knees out. Have a slight bend in them. Dont bend them to much. Just a very slight bend to where they are in a natural position.
BACK: The back should be straight. LISTEN TO THIS!!! THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!! Its not about stetching your back! Its all in the hips. Most people walk with their shoved back. To where their head goes towards the ground. Push your hips forward. Not to where you walk like a cow boy. Jut to where they are under you. Do not do anything with your back. Your back will snap up straight perfectly the way it is suppose to be. All you have to do is to learn to walk with your hips directly under you. THe whole Body walks as a unit.
FEET: The toes should point forward. Slightly off to the sides. To where the knees are comfortable. Dont go pidgeon toed. The knees are most comfortable turned to the sides slightly. Your feet should not be forty five degress even. Straight. Walk with it. Run. Notice how when your feet are point out it slows you down. When they are straight you shoot like a bullet.
Stomach: Flex your stomach. Not hard. Just slightly. You should be breathing out with no air in you most of the time. You are strongest this way. When you go to get hit it will flex harder. So slightly flexed to where you dont think about it anymore it just does it. This will make your chest look bigger. Instead of your stomach poped out, it will suck in and your chest will pop out. I see people with more muscle then me and they dont look half as good as me. Because I know how to hold myself. I know how to use the muscle and walk with it. This will also make your shoulder go back. So instead of wrench your shoulders back and wrenching your back. Which by the way just contorts you in a strange position. It is so much easier.Push hips forward and flex stomach slightly. Your body does the rest of the work. It is natural.
Jaw: Put your teeth together. Apply a small amount of preassure to where they stay closed and its flexed slightly. If someone hits you with your mouth like this, you will hardly feel it. It makes a shock absorber and your teeth dont rattle around. Also Your jaw is poped out so this is more intimidating, it shows strength.
Eyes: You should always look some one in the eyes. I look at their right eye.
