How are you unable to do meditation, or yoga?Also you can spread the truth by going on the internet and by any means find a way to spread the truth.Maybe you can make an account on wattpad and post a book about Satanism like I did.You can write/print things on paper and stick them multiple books in a library.
Anyways you can banish the greys by visualizing your room filled with gold static energy, and it manifesting. And say,"Father Satan banishes these greys from my life, and protects me!"
