I think it's kinda insulting, but funny. The "Demon King", which probably is supposed to represent Satan, wants to destroy the humans, but keeps putting it off, and he's playing video games. Of course you could see the "Demon King" as the xian god instead, which would make it insanely funny! I guess it's just how you look at it.
