Basic two part question

You want to visualize your chakras where they are.

This goes for anything meditation related:
Everyone is individual. If third-person-view works better for you then use it. I visualize it that way aswell.

I find it better using third person also. I've found that it doesn't make a difference to me as log as its the same bright burning gold ligh on both visualizations. What I like to do tho is bc I visualize better with third I get a good grasp on that and move it to first b I feel it better with first tho I'm not sure why. With the chakras I just visualize it on my mind no place specifically until I have a good grasp on seeing it I *feel* it where it's located

Iv had troble visualizing anything really in
"first person view" but in "third person
view" i seem to see things more clearly, pretty basic
stuff but iv always been curious dose it make a difference
which i use, is one more effective then the other and also
when meditating on my chakras should i visualize them in
they're locations when working on then or can i see/
visualize them front and center so to say
