barefoot walking

AvatarAquarius1 min to read

What is your opinion on it? I am not just talking about walking in your home without shoes but nearly everywhere. I have learned about bearfoot running and did a run, my feet strength was basically non existant and I was walking very incorrectly, now it feels much stronger. though I am hesitant to hiking barefoot and I don't think i'd ever do that.

I am reaching towards a green apple.

Just get yourself those really nice running shoes that they have that conform to the foot so you can stride with the pads below your toes.

Do you mean the modern running shoes? personally I wont go for those..

I used to walk on slippers inside the house and I still have something that looks like crocks but isn't for when I have to step in the garden suddenly. Im not sure how long they take to wear down, but when they do I will just trash them and find myself something else with a sturdier thing to walk on.

If your talking about indoors, yeah I go barefoot or with socks. Besides that, I don't understand your argument still. Why wouldn't you go for them?

Like I said, and maybe you should read better, because of the sinking effect your feet have nothing solid to get a firm grip on. Its like trying to run on balloons. They may soften blows but, are you even running or walking right in the first place?
Have you even seen how many people have sunken feet nowadays?

What I said was not only from experience, but also a logic standing point.

Running and walking barefoot is healthy for you. I used to running barefoot and it was like a massage to my feet, i felt much better after the run.

YES! I always heard this advice from a friend and I didn't think much of it. But he was absolutely right IMO, it's so refreshing, especially when the sun starts going down and the grass is cool. Almost sends chills up your shins 8-)

Whatever you do, promise me that you won't wear any "jesus" sandals with socks on.

Lol poor Aquarius... xP my dad use to do that all the time, causing mom major facepalm every time ...

I don't have a sister but I kind of know that feel. My bro listens to rap 24/7 and is a total shitlord who needs an ass kicking.

Man, aren't all brothers the same?

Ive had problems with my feet for a long long time and all I have to say on those soft soled shoes is this..
