back to basics

I decided to start over with the basics for the sake of doing the basics. Something new has come forth i induce a trance and the usual pains from being startled have jolted me a few times but something else happens a few hours after the trance i have the feeling of falling and the trance seems to happen automatically. And then muscle jolts at my heart chakra like my muscles are knocking at a door then more pain and extreme heat at my genitals (the heat is at my base chakra). Thoughts about progress?
