Azazel's Heart Chakra Meditation Alignment

The picture of the alignment is in a front perspective, which is why I wonder if you should align your auxilliary(extension) chakras too?
It seems logical to me that this is a must, but I could be wrong.

Normally you do include the chakra branches when doing the Chakra Alignment meditation on JOS.

No. You just want to align the chakras in the middle of you. The extensions do not match up with Azazel's sigil because it would put them out of alignment.
